How do I order from Design Hardware?
You can place orders through our customer service team by email at [email protected]. They are always available to provide you with the help and support you need.
What shipping options do you offer - do you ship internationally?
We ship our products throughout the United States, Mexico, and South America.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We are committed to getting your order to you as fast as possible. Most orders ship within 24 hours, but some orders can take up to 72 hours to ship.
Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’re happy to change it. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or 877-258-1262 as soon as possible to get started.
What is your return policy?
Returned goods will not be accepted unless a RGA# is authorized by customer service.
In order to receive the correct credit for returned items, please refer to invoice/sales order and purchase order numbers and date.
No material over 1 year old can be returned.
All items must be returned freight paid, any freight collect returns will be refused.
Most special order & made to order items are not returnable, call to discuss details.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN RESTOCKABLE CONDITION OR 35% RESTOCK FEE WILL APPLY
